Report faults in your new home before the deadline.

Take photos, tap what’s wrong and send a dated list to your landlord.

When does your lease start?

Your landlord must receive your list no later than 14 days after this date.

Why 14 days?

It is in the Danish Rent Act (§ 91) and the Social Housing Rent Act (§ 15). The deadline counts from the date in your lease, not from the day you get the keys or from the move-in inspection.

Free. No login. Works in your browser.

How it works

You do it on your phone while you walk around the home.

  1. Take a photo from every corner

The photos get a date and time. They show what the home looked like when you got it.

  2. Only tap what’s wrong

Everything else counts as fine. Write briefly what you see and whether the landlord should fix it.

  3. Send the list and keep the proof

You send the PDF yourself, for example by email. Keep a screenshot showing it was sent.

What your landlord gets

A PDF with photos, date and time. You send it yourself, so you know when it was sent.

  • Photos from every room with date and time
  • Faults room by room, and whether they should be fixed or just noted
  • The home’s condition: whether walls, ceilings and floors were freshly treated
  • Keys and meter readings
  • Your name, the address and your signature

The PDF is always in Danish so your landlord can read it.

Questions and answers

My landlord made a move-in report. Do I still need a list?

Yes. The landlord’s report shows what the landlord saw. Your list shows what you saw, with your own photos.

What if the deadline has passed?

Send the list anyway. It still shows the condition of the home.

I live in social housing. Does this apply to me?

Yes. The deadline is also 14 days. Choose “A housing association” when the app asks who you rent from.

Does the landlord need to sign the list?

No. What matters is that you can show when your landlord got the list. That is why the app asks you to keep a screenshot showing it was sent.

Where do my photos go?

They stay on your phone. You don’t create an account, and we don’t store your photos.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There are no ads in the checklist or the PDF.
